DODEES PAYMENT, DIAMONDS, AND WALLET TERMS

These Payment Terms apply to Diamonds, wallet balance, paid features, gifts, top-ups, private unlocks, Reveal rewards, Buzz, AI-assisted paid features, withdrawals, and related transactions.
1. Diamonds
Diamonds are virtual credits used inside Dodees.
Diamonds are not cash. They are not a bank deposit. They are not cryptocurrency. They are not legal tender.
Diamonds can only be used for supported Dodees features, unless Dodees clearly says otherwise.
2. Buying Diamonds
You may be able to buy Diamonds through supported payment methods.
Dodees may use payment providers such as Paystack or app-store payment systems.
Diamonds are credited only after payment is confirmed or verified.
Dodees may refuse, delay, reverse, or cancel a credit if payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, appears suspicious, or breaks our rules.
3. Using Diamonds
Diamonds may be used for features such as:
- Buzz;
- gifts;
- private Reel unlocks;
- Reveal;
- profile unlocks;
- AI-assisted features;
- Second Chance or similar features;
- other paid experiences added by Dodees.
Feature prices, access periods, and availability may change.
4. Wallet Balance
Wallet balance is different from Diamonds.
Wallet balance may come from eligible rewards or earnings, such as certain gifts, private Reel unlocks, or Reveal rewards.
Not every Diamond spend creates wallet balance for another user.
5. Payouts and Platform Fees
Dodees may keep a platform share from certain transactions.
The amount a user spends in Diamonds may be different from the amount another user earns as wallet balance.
This difference may cover platform costs, payment fees, fraud risk, promotions, operations, and Dodees revenue.
6. Withdrawals
Eligible users may request withdrawals from wallet balance when available.
Dodees may set minimum withdrawal amounts, fees, payout methods, review requirements, and processing times.
Withdrawal requests may be reviewed before payment.
Dodees may reject, delay, or reverse withdrawals where there is inaccurate payout information, suspected fraud, account issues, payment disputes, policy violations, or legal requirements.
7. Refunds
Unless required by law, purchases of Diamonds and used paid features are final and non-refundable.
This includes gifts, Buzz, Reveal fees, private unlocks, AI-assisted features, and other consumed virtual experiences.
Dodees may provide refunds, credits, or adjustments at its discretion.
If a purchase was made through Apple, Google, Paystack, or another payment provider, refund rules from that provider may also apply.
8. Abuse and Chargebacks
Dodees may suspend accounts, remove Diamonds, reverse wallet balance, cancel withdrawals, restrict payments, or ban users for payment abuse, fraud, chargebacks, fake engagement, stolen payment methods, or other misuse.
9. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to your purchases, earnings, withdrawals, or use of Dodees.
10. No Guaranteed Earnings
Dodees does not guarantee that you will earn money, receive gifts, receive unlocks, complete Reveals, get views, get matches, or qualify for withdrawals.
