Welcome to Dodees.
These Terms explain the rules for using Dodees. Please read them carefully. By creating an account, signing in, using the app, buying Diamonds, posting content, sending messages, or using any Dodees feature, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use Dodees.
1. Who We Are
Dodees is a dating, social discovery, and matchmaking platform designed to help adults meet, connect, flirt, chat, and discover people nearby.

2. Who May Use Dodees
Dodees is for adults only.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher, to use Dodees.
You may not use Dodees if:
- you are under 18;
- you are not legally allowed to use dating or social networking services;
- you have been banned from Dodees and have not received permission to return;
- you are required by law to avoid dating or social networking platforms;
- your use of Dodees would break any law or court order.
By using Dodees, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it.
You agree to:
- provide honest and accurate information;
- use your own photos and identity;
- keep your login details safe;
- keep your profile information reasonably up to date;
- tell us if you believe your account has been misused.
You may not create a fake account, impersonate someone else, use another person's photos without permission, or create accounts to avoid a ban.
Dodees may restrict, suspend, or close accounts that appear fake, unsafe, misleading, inactive, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Your Profile and Content
You may upload or share content on Dodees, including profile details, photos, Reels, captions, Reveal content, messages, voice notes, and other materials.
You remain responsible for what you share.
You must not post or send content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, misleading, stolen, spammy, or harmful.
By sharing content on Dodees, you give Dodees permission to host, display, store, review, process, promote, and share that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
This permission allows Dodees to show your profile, display your public Reels, deliver messages, run moderation, protect users, improve features, and operate the platform.
You still own your content, but you are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it.
5. Public and Private Areas
Some parts of Dodees are public or visible to other users, such as your profile, public photos, approved Reels, visible profile details, and certain activity signals.
Other parts are private or limited, such as direct messages, wallet information, payment history, admin support records, and private review notes.
You should not share anything on Dodees that you would not want another person to see, save, discuss, or report.
6. Reels, Reveal, Buzz, Gifts, and Other Features
Dodees includes features such as:
- Discover;
- Reels;
- Buzz messages;
- Reveal;
- gifts;
- profile visits;
- matches;
- favorites;
- likes and dislikes;
- private Reel unlocks;
- AI-assisted agent features;
- wallet and Diamonds.
Some features may be free. Some may require Diamonds, payment, eligibility, verification, or a specific account status.
Dodees may change, pause, limit, rename, remove, or update any feature at any time.
7. Moderation and Review
Dodees may review accounts, profiles, photos, Reels, Reveal content, messages, reports, payments, withdrawals, and other activity to protect the community.
Reviews may be done by automated systems, human reviewers, service providers, or a combination of these.
Dodees may remove content, hide content, reject uploads, limit visibility, remove verification, restrict features, suspend accounts, ban accounts, or take other action where we believe it is necessary.
We are not required to show or explain every internal safety decision, especially where doing so could harm another user, reveal private information, or weaken security.
8. Reporting and Blocking
You can report users or content that you believe may be fake, abusive, sexual, violent, misleading, spammy, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.
You can also block or hide users from your experience.
Reports help us review safety concerns, but they do not guarantee a specific result. False or malicious reports may lead to action against the reporter.
9. Verification
Dodees may offer or require verification features, such as profile photo review, contact verification, live presence review, or other trust signals.
Verification is designed to improve confidence and safety, but it is not a guarantee of identity, honesty, character, background, relationship status, safety, or compatibility.
You should still use your own judgment when interacting with others.
10. AI-Assisted Features
Dodees may include AI-assisted tools, such as agent conversations, connection suggestions, profile guidance, Spark readiness feedback, reply suggestions, and opener ideas.
AI features are provided for convenience and entertainment. They may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable.
AI does not guarantee a match, relationship, response, date, compatibility, safety, or outcome.
You remain responsible for your choices and conversations.
11. Payments, Diamonds, and Wallet Balance
Dodees may allow users to buy or spend Diamonds. Diamonds are virtual credits used inside Dodees.
Diamonds may be used for supported features such as gifts, Buzz, private Reel access, Reveal, profile unlocks, AI-assisted features, and other premium experiences.
Dodees may also offer wallet balance and withdrawal features for eligible earnings.
Payments, Diamonds, wallet balances, refunds, fees, and withdrawals are explained in the Dodees Payment Terms.
Unless required by law, purchases of virtual items and used paid features are final and non-refundable.
12. Safety
Dodees does not guarantee the identity, intentions, background, conduct, availability, honesty, or safety of any user.
Dodees does not promise that matches, messages, Reels, AI suggestions, or verification badges will lead to a safe or successful relationship.
Use common sense. Do not send money to other users. Do not share passwords, OTPs, bank details, private documents, or sensitive information. Meet in public places if you decide to meet someone offline.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- lie about your age or identity;
- impersonate another person;
- use stolen photos or videos;
- harass, threaten, shame, blackmail, or stalk anyone;
- send unwanted sexual content;
- request money, OTPs, passwords, cards, bank details, or sensitive information;
- scam, defraud, exploit, or manipulate other users;
- post illegal, violent, hateful, abusive, or harmful content;
- use Dodees for prostitution, trafficking, exploitation, or illegal activity;
- scrape, copy, sell, or misuse user data;
- use bots, automation, or fake engagement;
- interfere with the app, servers, payments, security, or moderation systems;
- try to avoid bans, limits, fees, or restrictions.
14. Third-Party Services
Dodees may rely on third-party services for hosting, login, maps, payments, notifications, video, AI, app-store services, moderation, analytics, and support.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Dodees is not responsible for delays, outages, errors, fees, rules, or decisions made by third-party providers.
15. Changes to Dodees
Dodees may update the app, change features, change pricing, remove content, introduce new rules, or stop providing parts of the service.
We may also update these Terms. If changes are important, we will try to provide reasonable notice. Continued use of Dodees after changes means you accept the updated Terms, unless the law requires a different process.
16. Ending Your Account
You may stop using Dodees at any time. You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting us.
Dodees may suspend or end your account if you break these Terms, create risk, misuse payments, harm others, or use the service in a way we believe is unsafe or unfair.
Some terms may continue after your account ends, including rules about content, payments, safety records, legal claims, disclaimers, and liability.
17. No Warranty
Dodees is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not promise that the service will always be secure, available, error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, or suitable for your expectations.
We do not promise that you will get matches, messages, dates, income, rewards, payouts, or successful relationships.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dodees will not be responsible for indirect, accidental, special, emotional, financial, reputational, or consequential losses.
Dodees is not responsible for user conduct online or offline, including what happens if you choose to meet another user.
Where the law does not allow full exclusion of liability, Dodees' total liability will be limited to [Insert Liability Cap] or the amount you paid Dodees during [Insert Period], whichever is higher.
19. Indemnity
